Returns & Refunds policy

In the majority of case, no returns or refunds will be offered. The majority of the products we sell are prints featuring hand drawn artwork as advertised on our website and social media. You cannot return the product simply for change of mind if the artwork is not what you imagined so please choose carefully. If the product is damaged or faulty or you are unsatisfied with the quality of the product and believe it does not match the description on the website, then please contact us via email to discuss your specific order and eligibility for a refund.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

  • The goods are in the original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please contact us by email if you believe you are entitled to a refund and the return address will be provided if necessary.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
